A place to reconnect with yourself.

For those who are beginning to recognize their patterns, yet find themselves living them over and over again.

I offer one-to-one online sessions that help people explore themselves through awareness, movement and reflective inquiry.

"I believe that, at our core, we all long to feel seen, heard and valued for who we are."

- Heidi Naarits, GCFP

My work is rooted in a simple belief:

Awareness begins with learning to notice.

Through movement, reflective inquiry and felt experience, I help people explore themselves with greater curiosity, clarity and compassion.

I do not offer answers but rather, I create space for self-discovery.

There is a difference between knowing and noticing

Many people arrive here after years of searching.

They have read the books, attended workshops, explored different approaches to personal growth and gained valuable insight into themselves.

They understand their patterns.

They know where those patterns came from.

They know how they would like to respond instead.

Yet they often find themselves repeating the same reactions, habits and ways of relating.

The understanding is there, yet the change is hard to come by.

This is where learning to notice what is taking place can make a difference.

What I mean by “awareness”

When I speak about awareness, I am not referring to another idea to understand or a state you need to achieve.

I mean learning to notice what is happening as it is happening:

The tension you didn't realize you were holding.

The habit that appears before a familiar reaction.

The assumptions shaping your choices.

The way you move, think, feel and relate to yourself.

As awareness grows, you begin to make distinctions. You notice what supports you and what doesn't. What feels familiar and what feels possible.

And in those distinctions, new choices begin to emerge.

Why Movement Matters

We often think of ourselves as separate parts: thoughts, feelings, sensations and actions. Yet in lived experience, they are deeply connected.

Movement offers an opportunity to notice ourselves in action.

As you learn to notice yourself in movement, you may begin to notice patterns that extend beyond movement itself. Habits of effort. Ways of responding. Assumptions you did not realize you were carrying.

The invitation is not to immediately explain or make meaning of what you notice, but to become curious about it.

Over time, these observations can lead to new distinctions, clearer understanding and the discovery of options that may not have been visible before.
